Coworking pilot — a quick update
It's been genuinely lovely meeting people through the pilot so far. Here's a small update on what we're noticing — plus a couple of offers while we have capacity.
Hi — Tom here.
A few of you have shared really similar stories about why you're using the space — and it's exactly the kind of "weekly life" energy we hoped for: a work day rhythm, around other humans, without it turning into an office.
We've kept this pretty quiet on purpose. We haven't pushed it — we've mainly just been engaging people who reached out — because we want to learn how the space copes, what the natural patterns are, and what capacity actually feels right.
So far: 6 memberships. That's a great start. And if you've joined but haven't made it in yet — we'd love to see you in the space at some stage.
A few early learnings
- People like it — and they're getting stuff done
Honestly: great to hear. That's the whole point. - It's not a regular office environment (by design)
Everyone's hours are different. Some people come mid-morning for a few hours, some do a full day. That means there are naturally quieter periods — and that's totally fine. - Life changes last minute
A crook kid. A sudden call. A change of plan. No stress. - Meeting rooms are working well
Mostly ad-hoc when they're free, with a couple of bookings used for the moments you really want certainty (presentation, important team call, etc.). That's the rhythm we were hoping for.
Come in both days — on us
While we have capacity, you're welcome to join us on both Tuesdays and Wednesdays. If you do, we'll credit you back the second day.
Just book as usual, and I'll make the second day free on your pass. We're doing this for a simple reason: we want the space to have a good buzz, and we want to learn faster by having a few more familiar faces around.
Bring a plus one
If you've got someone you think would genuinely enjoy the space (and add positively to it), feel free to bring them along once as a guest.
Just email me at tom@commongood.social and I'll add them to your session for free. We're trying to build a nice space for nice people.
Feedback (yes please)
If something isn't what you expected — or you've got ideas that would make the space work better — we're really welcoming of it.

Book your next session
If you haven't booked your next session yet — please do. We'd love to see you again.
